TOP 3 (top tier)
ATO, Kappa Sig, SAE
Good parties, good guys, good involvement, ladies love them, dont hav problems with money, all have housing.
Next best 6 (upper mid)
Beta, Sigma Pi, Pike, Lambda, Phi Delt, AGR
Alot of good houses here, grea parties but are usually lacking in certain areas which puts them here.
Mid/Still good fraternities (debatebly in the tier above)
KA, DX, SN
Usually this tier takes u the majority of your self rankers, they really dont need to so much because theyre actually pretty good and it just hurts their image more. Slightly above average or average in most catagories.

I know we have had people self ranking on here. But this is such a screwed up ranking. No way ka and sigma nu are with delta chi (deltachi also has some of the least ratings on here: not self rankers).

Top Tier: ATO, Kappa Sig, SAE- ato and ks have good housing sae has alright housing. girls do flock to their parties and all three of them have the best parties. They mix with top tier sororities
Upper Mid: KA, Snu- great southern reps but no houses and are really relying on their name during rush, mix with the top tier sororities
Mid: Beta, Pike, Lambda- good houses and party alot, however don't rush very well and have weird reps with lots of sororities
Lower Mid: Phidelt, Sig Pi, AGR- party alot with good houses, sketchy brothers so dont have alot of groupies

how about this, sig nu and ka are not as good as people think but still hang with top tier sororitys and are just the same groups of friends from certain that each frat recruits from but dont have houses so only have the choice to pay to party with other frats which does not make them cool socially. kappa sig, pike, ato, sigpi, phidelt, beta, lamda, dx, agr all have houses to throw parties. kappa sig and pike by and far throw the best parties and sae parties the hardest out of all but dont have a set big party house, they all have good sorority relationships and mix with top/uppermid tiers.
so to rank them:
ATO, KS, PIKE
SAE, KA, SN
BETA, LAMBDA, PHIDELT
SIG PI, AGR, DX

Without (only 3 that matter)
SAE>KA>(pretty big drop)SN

SAE is by far the best of off row, party the hardest get the best guys of off row, ladies love them the most of off row and they just do a great job in general with involvement and everything else. KA is pretty solid too, quality of guys is still good just slightly lower than SAE and don't party as hard. Sigma Nu is about 2 steps down from KA in every catagory. Everyone listed has events with top tier/upper mid sororities. KS and ATO are the only guys everyone consistently puts in top tier.

Top: KS,ATO,Beta
Lower Top: PKA,PhiDelt,SAE
Upper Mid: KA,SigmaPi,Lambda
Lower Mid: SN,AGR,DX
I know plenty of Kappa Sig's and betas, a few KA's and SAE's i like everyone and dont have many negative things to say about anyone :)

Sigma Nu doesnt have a great southern name they're name is on par with pike. Honestly id put beta in upper mid, thats just me though. Good rep with most sororities terrible name but they do have housing. KA is much better than sigma nu but still not as good as pike lambda and beta YET, their name will take them above all of them and eventually take, what i assuming os ATO's spot, in the top tier.
