my rush pov (fraternities)

TOP: KA ATO SN KS PKA- these are going to be the five fraternities every rushee will be most interested in and want as their first choice. Each of these houses are fits for the coolest incoming guys.
UPPERMID: SAE BETA LXA- all will do well in rush and should use their new groups to up their rep and try to replace one of the fraternities in the top. some rushees will more than likely want one of these as their fist choice.
MID: PDT SIGP AGR DX- these are big partiers and put a good show on at rush but will not attract the top echelon. however they've both been improving so the rushees they bid will probably be alot better than the ones they have bid in the past.
LOWERMID: PKT DTD ALPHASIG PKP - rushees who don't have alot of connections here will probably bid here. All of these chapters are improving tremendously. Each of these chapters will be fighting to move up and in a couple years we will see one or two of them in the mid/upper mid teroritory.
BOTTOM: PHISIG FH TKE CHPSI- these are for kids who want to be in a fraternity but don't really care about being "frat"or who just want a fraternity on their resumè. I don't see them doing well in rush but who knows.

KA and SN don't have houses though... It'd be hard to put them with the conversation with the other good fraternities with good houses. They basically have to rely on them to let them be apart of their parties
