are there any top tier fraternities with lots of northerners?

SX is decent for how many northerners, probably next highest would be Phi Delt. The reason you don't see a lot of northerns in top tiers is because the people in KKG, SNU, ADPi, and KA all know one another from high school, so they all hang out together
