If that suit turns out to be true, then all of Hipps' pledge brothers should be ostracized for obstructing justice. Dependent on how this case plays out, Pi Kapp might be better balling all the Sig Eps they took.

I think this issue is a bit bigger than how frat Pi Kapp wants to be. Probably something to do with their association to an ongoing wrongful death case.
