Changing it up, here are my bets on who from the bottom could be up and coming and actually relevant in a few years.

Sig Pi: taking the white house will bring them back up so long as they don't get in trouble.

Delta Chi: stop taking douchebags and more people will associate with them

Phi Kappa Tau: The new complex they built is supposedly really cool, now just need to wait for the brothers to get there

Pi Kappa Phi: hope the alumni are still writing checks

Everyone else at the bottoms still will suck in my opinion.

I think delta chi jut needs to start throwing parties more like they used too. Their social budget is pathetic as of now which probably has a factor in that. Maybe up dues or expand membership

Pi Kapp will be sort of relevant no matter what. They have an alumni base that will get them there. None of the others do.
