I feel like this is supposed to be a slam at sigchi who was founded in 1977 which is 6 years after the last supposed old row frat was founded. Also I think AGR and SPE split from AG (some local chapter) so they both would have been around campus just not nationally chartered.

The last of the old row, Phi Delt was founded as Delta Phi in 1964. Sigma Chi started as Kappa Phi in 1977. SPE and AGR were 1972, you're right on a split from the original Ag frat Alpha Gamma.

Let's just call SX and AGR old row. Then any frat worth joining is Old Row and all the garbage is New Row! That would be perfect!
