SN, ATO, KA, SX
On top but each have a handful of weird ass guys that the majority of the fraternity regrets letting in. Different so you have to choose but theyre broken apart mainly by hometowns. All have houses now and will stay on top til the break of dawn.

SAE was top tier when I was a freshman. A couple years before that so was kappasig and pike before they got kicked off. Things change about every 4 years and plus ato is pretty weak.

Things change yea but if anything SN KA and ATO are all on top. This fall each lost guys to the others. ATO and KA had their biggest fall pledge classes in history last fall. SN just took its biggest pledge class ever this fall. And all three do everything together with sigma chi, they're each doing just fine. They all have tiny spring classes because the spring rush sucked. This guys original post was spot on

everything changes every few years but only within the Top 8. KA is the only house that has maintained its top status forever. The rest just alternate.

there is always change, only KA has lasted at the top the rest of the Top TIer will always be some rotation of ATO, SAE, SN, Pike and maybe EX but they have not had top tier status for long enough to prove they'll return to the top if they have problems, kicked off, etc.
