lower rankings

As a switch from usual, here are what I have found to be the middle tier and below rankings (no order within tiers):
Middle: Phi Delt, Lambda Chi, AGR

Lower Mid: Delta Chi, Alpha Sig, Phi Tau, Sig Pi

Lower: Pi Kapp, DTD, Phi Sig, BYX

Bottom: TKE, Chi Psi

Triangle and Farmhouse don't even count.

I get that they're not Sig Chi but people know about most of these houses, at least everyone above Pi Kapp.
