irrelevant

Full disclosure, I'm one of those guys in one of those organizations that you would classify as irrelevant, the rest, or whatever. Yes, we know you would be embarrassed to wear one of our function shirts, or would be mortified to even accept an invitation to one. It's ok, sometimes we ask just to watch you squirm (the struggle between cliche and decent is so real). Little do you know self proclaimed top tier, you've done us all a favor. It only affirms a very important life lesson. If someone can't appreciate who you are and the letters you wear now, they won't appreciate you when you gain new letters like VP, CEO, CPA, etc. After graduation in the spring and continuing my education, I know you still might not want to attend one of my parties. They will be very sterile, funny shoes, white coats and I'll be the one with the letters MD beside my name. See you in the ER, I bet I'll be very relevant then.
