The article states: A hearing at Clemson University today determined that the fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon will be receiving a five-year suspension.

The suspension is for alleged violations of the student conduct code.

Spokeswoman Cathy Sams stated that the investigation garnered attention from reports of alleged incidents that took place during the "new-member education process" in the fall 2014 semester and that it was not a criminal investigation.

The university has stated that the decision is not final and can still go through an appeal process.
