Anyone know if the Sig Ep house is up for grabs. I kinda feel bad for em, but at the same time that house is prime location. Another fraternity needs to pick it up.

Theyre keeping it. If they go kicked off it would be up for grabs. Since theyre all clear it will remain theirs.
