With ATO on a slide to the middle, kappa sig on the rise and SigEp out of the picture, this is my personal opinion

I would agree that the order is right, but cutoff for top tier should be ATO

I'd say they as well as ks and beta make up the upper mid tier. ATO is probably the best out if that line but they don't come close to comparing to the top.

I like that pike and sae are alone in the middle but is there any way someone from that lower group would fit in the mix?

look at the comment made by minor edits. pka and sae as well as ks and beta have all been considered top for long stretches of time at clemson. none of the ones in the row under have been or will be.

I agree with "probably not" there's more of a distinction of top and bottom than these four or five tier rankings. It's too easy to argue. There is simply "relevant" and "irrelevant"
