Here is what I see as being accurate rankings by for the next semester.
(no particular order within tiers)
TOP :
Sig Ep Sig Chi Sig NU

Upper Middle:
Pike ATO Kappa Sig AGR Phi Delt Beta

Middle:
Lambda Chi SAE Alpha Sig Phi Tau

Lower Middle:
Phi Sig Delta Chi DTD Sig Pi

Bottom:
TKE Chi Psi Farmhouse BYX Triangle

sigchis on probation so i'd drop them one. i'd drop agr and phidelt one as well. maybe move ato up one. ka is in the top.

lambda chi is closer to phi delt and agr status than they are to the others you have listed in middle tier, SAE is struggling, alpha sig needs to be more selective with bids and phi tau... well, i don't think they are quite that high yet. basically, phi delt and lambda chi are in an awkward tier of their own, should be interesting to see their fall pledges

Phi Tau way too high they are still a bottom feeder, some of the queerest guys I've seen at Clemson are phi taus

Beginning of each row has potential to move up to next row up based on upcoming pledge classes. End of each row may fall due to bad pledge class or probation.

Sig chi I'd say is better than sig ep but I think the whole tazer incident could hurt them. SAE is getting less relevant so moved them down. Phi tau's new houses have them up to almost top of the bottom tier.. pikap I have starting on the very bottom row but have potential to get ahead of bottom tier if they improve quickly. They do have good number already, but they may end up like alpha sig.
