Pc 25 predictions

Rising PCs: ADPI, AXO, Chi O, DG
These three sororities are most likely to get really good PCs based on PC 24. ADPI, as the arguably top house, will continue to get a lot of attention from pnms. AXOs last pc seemed to be one of the houses that basically sweeped, and since several pnms chose them over the other two top northern houses, I bet this year will be the same. Chi O, while they may not be as desired as the known top 5 houses, I could see getting a lot of pnms to bid them. No doubt these three houses will be among the top wanted houses this next rush season and will not struggle in getting most of the girls they want. Don’t know much about DG, but they seem to be growing pretty well from last years standpoint.

Falling PCs: ZTA, KKG, Pi Phi, DZ, DDD
These houses, pretty much based on their last bid day, will fall slightly in getting the girls they want. ZTA seem to lose more and more girls every year to aphi, axo, and kkg. KKG didn’t have a horrible pc 24, but it was very mixed opinions, and the girls within the sorority don’t mix well to begin with. Pi Phi seems to have a lot of drama and keeps falling in ranks, along with DZ. DDD seems to be losing a lot of popularity, and I don’t doubt that will be reciprocated through the pnms as well.

Staying the same: APHI, KD, SK, GPHI
These sororities won’t seem to rise or fall, and will continue to get the same girls they have previously been attracting during recruitment.
