greek houses

Not sure for the future, but sororities already have on campus halls and the fraternities all have houses off campus which is better trust me

My sorority's advisor told us at a meeting that we were never ever getting actual houses because the university and the individual chapters couldn't agree on how big the houses would be, who would own them, etc. I wouldn't hold your breath.

Clemson has a ton of other projects that take priority over a Greek Village, namely core campus, Fike restoration, and construction of dorms on Johnstone and Clemson House. So it probably won't happen.

However, certain housing complexes like the Pier are trying to build some sort of Greek row. Some frats are even taking the matter into their own hands and building their own houses, I know Phi Kappa Tau is doing that now and a few others are trying to do the same.
