Reasoning: Asig is top bc of their house. I really think Pike is on the up. Fiji got Phidelts pledges so they are on the lookout of being top?? OX is becoming more relevant because of their rebranding could move up in the Fall?? I actually think that SAE is going to be considered Top in the next few because of their prestige.

DDD/AXO/XO

Reasoning: Evb clowns on KKG, but they are top: Pretty n classy. ADPI has recruited really good girls PC 24. I think ZTA>DDD to stir up drama… APHI is mid, but they like to party and have fun, so I think they can become top?? Rest is self explanatory.

They are a houseless group of squids who rat on better groups to try and steal their houses. I doubt anyone would say KA has better parties than even DX or OX, let alone ChiPhi, SAE, or Fiji.

I would maybe switch KS and Pike but with probation we will see what happens. PKT could maybe be a tier up but with their housing rn they're probably still the top of their tier, otherwise valid

PDT isn't gone put them with SN. No one is getting the garage. They are going to pretty much be another underground group during probation like SigmaChi and Pike were for awhile.

not happening. they made all the active brothers alumni and didn't expel them with the agreement that they do not organize, throw, etc so that they can reestablish the chapter in 2 years. this was the agreement with the alumni, nationals and clemson to get the chapter back asap. if they do ANYTHING at all the university will delay the return or ban the fraternity.
