ZTA and ADPi have such different vibes that I’m not sure I would even rank one above the other. It’s just a matter of personal preference. Aside from that, I do think this is the most accurate rank if you had to make one, but truthfully any of the houses that are typically ranked “top” or “mid” will give you a very similar experience. When the houses are a lot smaller I think the experience starts to differ but again that’s what some people are looking for, so not necessarily a bad thing.

Agree! Feels like ZTA is telling their members to post these “ ranks” so that PNMs think they are “top.” Personally don’t feel there is a top. More like are tiers.
