2025 Rank (old/new rows)

While there really isn't a true Old Row/New Row here the two sets are rarely competing for the same guys so I'm going to separate the two.
Old Row:
1. ATO
2. KS
3. Pike
4. SNU
5. Beta
6. SAE
7. KA
Feel like this one is pretty simple, just who is most popular and then who has better properties.
(rip Phi Delt idk where to put them atm)
New Row:
1. ASig (probably the only new row that competes with old row for guys)
2. Phi Sig
3. Fiji
4. Chi Phi
5. DX
6. PKT
7. OX
ASig is a very clear 1, PSK very clear 2, then everyone else. Fiji is more competitive than Chi Phi for sure, but both are good groups. Recruitment will be interesting for DX while on SoPro. PKT and OX are interchangeable atm, OX is just hard to place because they have good property to put them past DX but their membership is still recovering.

I agree with the premise but putting Pike and SN ahead of Beta is wild to me but are you also saying Alpha Sig is below all of old row including KA SAE BTP SN and PKA? Because I would disagree at least on SN and SAE but I could see Pike or Beta being better slightly. PDT would be above or below KS here and I would have beta right after both.

No if the two were combined Asig is probably around 3 behind ATO and KS. Just didn't combine the two bc for the rest it's a little bit of comparing apples and oranges.
