Do freshmen tend to need/ use fake IDs here? Do a lot of freshmen usually have them

a lot of freshmen have them but you really dont need one at all. freshmen dont go to bars unless its a mixer or function but you'll be fine with out.

stick with parties and functions freshman year, through sophomore. dt with a fake sucks when you don't know anyone

You don't need one but I would highly recommend getting one, gives you more flexibility and you can buy yourself alcohol from gas stations. Not a necessity but definitely a huge plus
