It started when a few houseless fraternities ratted on others with houses then other fraternities with houses started ratting on each other. Everyone is under investigation or about to be rn. There are still parties but nothing open invite or massive. Maybe a few will happen later but idk.

SN ratted out PDT and ATO hazing, they are scared of losing AGRs house and going back to being irrelevant like KA is now.

Phi tau and KA ratted on frats with nice houses. I’m sure there are other culprits but those are the two offenders I’ve heard of

Don’t believe the phi tau lies. They ratted on top frats just because they want a good house other than their one at the pier.
