Based off of guys and housing and who is doing what this is how it looks rn imo. A lot of people are ratting each other out and getting into trouble but still a fairly active fall. SN would be a lot higher if they owned AGRs house.

ZTA/ADPi > DDD/KKG/XO/AXO/APhi

They're all pretty much even and the same group. Some are more fun than the others that guys invite out a lot (KKG/ZTA/XO/APhi), then there are the more prestigious but have strict rules (ADPi/DDD/AXO/KD). All are a good time but ZTA and ADPi are the top choices for both niches.

PiPhi/DZ/SK > GPB/DZ

All 5 have a lot to offer and get invited out to tailgates and parties. Everyone is good.

This is positive and accurate. I would have ZTA for sure #1 and ADPi for sure #2 and a big gap after those 2. The other 6 sororities can go in whatever order you want, they are all the same and get the same kinds of girls.

I hear KA is either taking over the compound from ChiPhi or will have a house in there. It would help ChiPhi throw bigger events and would obviously give KA access to the best housing set up at Clemson.

I’d say DZ pi phi and maybe even sk are within the top sector because a lot of girls honestly prefer them to top houses just depending on what they’re looking for
