New sorority rumors

Been hearing a rumor that a new sorority (phi mu is my guess) will colonize at Clemson within the next 1-2 years. Anyone heard anything or know if this is true?

There hasn't been any official announcement that Clemson panhellenic is open for expansion. When and if that happens, all NPC sororities that aren't already here would be invited to apply. Two or three of those would be chosen to come and present to panhellenic and one of those would be chosen to colonize. Phi Mu did not present last time there was expansion.

I don’t think we will add a new sorority any time soon. We still have multiple houses that can’t meet quota. There’s not a need for another one. Adding a new one isn’t going to change the fact that no one wants to be in the ones that are struggling.

these replies prove the people that patrol greekrank aren't even in sororities because yes clemson panhellenic just organized a council to potentially add a new sorority to campus idk ab phi mu tho

That doesn't mean that it will be decided to expand. Not every house is reaching quota and chapters are still an okay size.
