Rushing SN vs SAE

Hello I have been coming around to Clemson for the last year now visiting older friends here and have met guys in SN and SAE and am trying to rush both.

SAE is new but I really like their houses they own and I am a legacy at this chapter since my dad came here in the 90's or something. I get along with the guys decently but I don't know anyone in this chapter.

SN I seem to get along much better with and have 2 friends in the chapter, I like their house they own too but my friends told me they only have it for like another year, is that true?

I'm leaning SN because I know some guys here but also like SAE. I know SAE is rechartering still but they seem like really cool guys too. Any advice here?

sae is on so pro so you won't be doing a lot with them for a while. snu is on the rise especially since they got agr's house. it's up to you though, find the guys that you mesh with the best

SN has AGRs house for 2 more years then all they will have is an empty lot they use for tailgates sometimes.
