you rush just like any other girl, the only difference is when you go into parties you'll be at the front of the line, which is nice because you won't have to run up all of the stairs before you go in. the quota part just has to do with how many girls each sorority can take, so you won't have anything to do with it directly. each chapter takes sophomores, some more than others.

I don't think any chapters are specifically opposed to transfers, but you might have it a little harder if you don't already know girls in some chapters coming into recruitment. Getting recommendations can help you introduce yourself to chapters that you don't know anyone in if you can find them.
