the most fun frats

From what I've seen some of the "top/middle" tier fraternities have cool guys but are sort of boring socially. Going to each fraternities parties/functions this is what me and my friends have seen as the most fun fraternities:
SigChi-always throwing parties/mixers, brothers are attractive and fun at parties, derby days is the best!
SigEp-always having good parties/mixers, brothers are alot of fun to party with. KA-always a part of major social event, brothers are a little douchey and elitist but good looking.
KappaSig-have the best tailgates and great parties, don't really see them in mixers, some odd brothers.
Pike-used to have the best darties but recently cops have ruined that, ok mixers, alot of douchebag brothers.
SigNu-pretty nice guys overall with some douches, have some parties but are usually in the best mixers, why is all of y'alls hair so long?.
ATO-love these guys, always mix with good sororities, in some parties but not many.
Beta-ok parties, brothers are so nice and some are very attractive, betalei is alright.

I didn't put an order in it but the first 6 I posted were the ones that i found to be the most fun.
