Bamboo is over rated. Especially when compared to other houses here.
KKG is mid AF at best. No one in the top 5 fraternities hangs with them for a reason.
SAE and ChiPhi being stagnant is laughable. They have been recruiting well and raging compared to the rest.

That doesn't make any sense. KAs new house is the size of a freshman dorm room. PhiSig has Zeta vouch and Bamboo. SNU has KKG vouch and just got the old AGR house until the end of AGRs suspension. SAE and ChiPhi are stagnant.
