Why do ranks have more votes than views?

I'm hopefully going to be coming here next fall and wanted to check out the Greek scene here last night and it was... Weird.

I'm not sure how this site works but it looked like some ranks were getting dozens of votes in a second and even more votes than views sometimes? Why is that? Can I trust anything on this site?

KKG back at it bumping old ranks they made with them on top after upvoting it 200 times with incognito tabs.

Why more votes than views???Logically impossible. What's up with that? Often occurs.
