by: HmmAre we going to ignore the fact that tridelt and kkg both gave out lots of snap bids this year? Word on the street is a lot of pnms did not want them because it was clear how fake they are to each other

I have no idea if they did give out snap bids, but that’s not necessarily a sign that they are struggling. RFM forces the most desired chapters to make such disproportionately heavy cuts in the beginning that it’s not uncommon for them to have to snap bid in later rounds. Not because no one wanted them, but because all of the top houses were competing for the same 80-100 girls, and with those girls distributed among them, they end up short. A lot of the girls that they had to cut in the first round are girls that they really liked and wanted, but they fell just short of making the cut for the very limited number of invitations the top chapters were allowed to extend. Most of these girls DO fit in better with the top houses than the lower tier ones that are left on their schedule, and they recognize that. Rather than joining a house they don’t feel is a fit, they drop. These are the girls who get snap bids from houses like KKG, DDD, ADPi, and ZTA.

True. Tri Delt cut too many girls during rush and then the girls that preffed them chose their other choice so Tri Delt ended up having to give out snap bids. Now they only have 80 pledges whereas other chapters like ADPi have 104. I’m assuming Tri Delt will have to COB later in the semester. There are some great girls that ended up dropping during rush or suiciding and didn’t receive a bid who could COB Tri Delt & it could all work out for everyone!

Nope DDD had to give out the most snap bids! They are majorly struggling
Kappa did fine
Not sure about APhi a lot of rumors that they had some issues on bid day
