Top: ATO, Alpha Sig, Phi Delt

ATO- Most popular fraternity overall and have been for a while, recruit well in-state, tall and handsome, “southern gentleman”

Alpha Sig- Fastest rising frat, best housing setup, most involved on campus and smart, “take home to your mother”

Phi Delt- best northern frat, probably have the most attractive girls from up north, known for being more douchey, “finance bros” from up north

Upper Mid: Kappa Sig, Beta, Phi Sig

Kappa Sig: Recruit good in state guys, have been around for a while and good alumni network

Beta: Great guys from all over the country, have a cool house the Hangar

Phi Sig: Good guys, a lot from NJ, known for getting phi delt’s leftovers

Lower Mid: KA, Snu, Fiji

KA: lost house and are headed downhill tbh, they at least still have good relations with southern sororities like tri delt

Snu: have also been headed downhill for some time but same as above, good sorority relations with kappa

Fiji: are better in the fall because of having white house for tailgates but fall off every spring, still decent guys

Lower Mid: Chi Phi, Delta Chi, Theta Chi, Pike, SAE

Chi Phi: good tailgate house and properties

Delta Chi/ Theta Chi: decent guys, nothing stand out

Pike: these guys have a bad reputation and almost got kicked off campus last year, interested to see how they recover

SAE: climbing fast and are hungry, good alumni relations and good house

Bottom: the rest
