Which fraternity’s have the best housing?

Top housing
AGR house - their house is pretty big and nice but I'm not sure if they will sell the house if they get booted.

Compound (ChiPhi) - another big spot but to call this a single house wouldn't be right. It's a grouping of several buildings and a lot. This is probably the most storied spot in all of Clemson and is where most of Clemson's biggest parties over the last 3 decades have been.

Lower top housing

Tailgate building (ASP) - like the compound, this building has changed hands a lot. Used to be PhiDelts then Kappa Sigma, then KA's, now it's in Alpha Dogs hands. This is by far the best tailgating spot at Clemson.

Skybox (ASP) - very solid upstairs area to throw parties and is turning into one of Clemson's most active houses for parties.

Fort (ATO) - they hardly use it anymore but it is a pretty legendary spot. Idk who owns it, but whoever the landlord is they wanted ATO to calm down using it. Most of the stuff they throw here now is low key.

Garage (PDT) - the garage is the most used part of this house but the rest is set up pretty nicely as well. Probably the second or third most active house for parties.

Delta Chis house - a little far but after AGR is probably the best set up for parties and nicest house here. DX is in trouble a lot but when they aren't there are a ton of parties here.

PKP's old house (SAE) - idk where it is and have only been once, it is nice and very well set up for parties. Kind of big for houses here.

Mid or never been

White house (Fiji) - overall very solid spot for parties and tailgates. This is another storied spot at Clemson but is kind of run down and small. Like the tailgate house and compound this spot has changed hands a lot.

Shack (PKA) - another run down but storied spot here at Clemson. A little small but is perfect for parties.

KS house - it's new and I've never been. Saw some tic tocs and Snapchat stories of some parties that looked fun but that's about it. This house could go higher Idk.

BTP house - another new house I haven't been to yet. They use it often and like KS girls post a lot of tic tocs or Snapchat stories about it. This house could go higher, idk.

OX house - very nice, decent location, been around for a minute (used to be lambdas spot), and is overall very solid spot.

Lake house (SAE) - used mostly for their more chill stuff now that they have PKPs spot but this is a nice house for chill stuff to do. Another storied spot here.
