Trending Up:
Pike, SAE, Phi Tau. Pike is off probation, SAE still has the pikapp house, and Phi Tau is only gonna grow more in their second year. Don't hype them up too much though
Trending Down:
KA, AGR, DX
KA & AGR are in hot water for hazing incidents and AGR is likely to be kicked off campus. DX has fallen from grace and I have no reason to believe they'll come back up from it soon

sae- new, nice house, good letters, still mid- bottom but will be too in 5 years
phi tau- growing fast, good rush
asig- best tailgate house, good rush classes. a top frat
down:
ka- weird guys and lost their house, have nothing now
agr- probably gone for hazing
snu- irrelevant now
