I agree
No need to overthink. There are some broad ranges that houses fall into. Obviously, within each house there are some people who are hits and some who are misses. Broad tiers (versus a straight rank) account for the variability within a house. All members of top aren’t top and all members of bottom aren’t bottom.

Way overvaluing housing imo. Chi Phi has sick properties; when was the last time they threw h2h with KA or Snu and didn't get blown out of the water? They also throw joints with Dchi and Theta Chi compared to KA/SNu exclusively throwing joints with your top 5 + PKA/Fiji every once in awhile.
Housing is cool but it's just not as much as you're making it out to be.

Housing is super important. You don't want to be the fraternity always asking to use someone else's place and having to pay to party because of it.

They are probably below AXO and Aphi
Also move Tri Delt down … they are too Tri Hard…
