Super over rated: PSK, SN
Most boring groups who don't hang with any top groups anymore. Mid groups like KKG and KD are all that come around now.
Over rated: PDT, KA
KA is over rated because they are losing their spot, and PDT is not as fun as they want to make themselves believe.
Under rated: SAE, Chi Phi, Pike
Each of these has thrown better parties and events than all 4 of the groups above them, yet the 4 above are rated higher for no reason.

PDT is not over rated at all. Idk what you mean here. Other than ATO Beta and KS they are the last of the old Top old row groups to still be top.

The only thing PDT has going for them is their property which in reality isn’t even that great. The majority of the actual members of PDT are complete squids. There just isn’t a lot of competition so people consider them top. At any other school they would be lower mid at best.
