Not all ZETA’s are top

At the risk of sounding shallow a number of ZTA’s recent instagram posts have some members in them who I would definitely not consider the top. I’m not sure how they are collectively considered top tier. Do what % of members does it take to not fit the perfect mold to still be considered top?
