Fraternity Rankings after spring rush

Top: ATO, Phi Delt, Alpha Sig
ATO and Phi Delt might’ve not had the best spring rushes, but they still remain top due to their name and properties, as well as pledge classes before. Alpha Sig was the winner of spring rush getting 19 kids, and continued its rise.
Low Top: AGR, Kappa Sig(huge gap),SNU
AGR and SNU didn’t have the best rush, but still hold history and properties on campus. Kappa Sig did very well, getting 10, and have done well with their new house.
Upper Mid: Phi Sig, Pike(huge gap), FIJI, KA
Pike and Phi Sig had good days on bid day, and Fiji performed average. All are pretty close socially, however in KA’s case, they’ve lost their house and got only 3 kids this spring, continuing their downfall.
Mid: D Chi, SAE, Chi Phi
All three did as you could expect, and did nothing special to change their circumstance when it comes to fraternity rankings.

I never hear anything about PSK. Do they even have a spot now that SAE took back the lake house? Also ChiPhi is super under rated here, especially since you have Fini in the row above. They are pretty much the same guys except chiphi has the compound which is WAYYYYY better than the white house.
