I'm a black kid that's from Georgia and I'm pretty fratty and preppy and like to have fun but I'm also a gentleman. I'm come from a pretty good conservative family. I'm transferring to Clemson next spring do you think as a black kid I would get a bid from any fraternity in the IFC?

other than ka and agr you should be good. lambda, ato, tke, pike, etc all have one

Sigma Nu and KA are the only chapters who haven't ever had a black kid so you should be fine anywhere else.
