AGR KS BTP
ASP PDT and ATO will be the only groups who are just as popular without joints as they are with. They each also have some of the best houses at Clemson. KS AGR and BTP all have decent spots (AGR has the best spot outside of the compound) and while they are better with joints, are still VERY popular on their own.
KA SN PSK
Fiji Pike ChiPhi
SAE OX DX
SN KA and PSK are all upper mid despite lack of housing, because of history and pull. Fiji Pike and ChiPhi honestly have thrown good parties, probably the best outside of top and each has great houses. SAE OX and DC, SAE won't be here for long and DX and OX are both solid.
Don't rush any other group here. Not worth it.

Alpha Sig needs to chill TF out. Sure you got KAs house and already have sky box but that won't make you more popular. Alpha Sig should be down a row until they build up enough to actually be on ATO and PDT level. ATO and PDT are A LOT better than everyone else rn and it's not close.
