Things that I've noticed that need to be addressed
1. ZTA has a good PC yes but they are not the "microcelebrity insta baddie" personas they used to be
2. XO did not pull a good PC this year, they all look similar and then all the girls saving it dropped. Also self ranks need to chill
3. APhi and KKG actually recruit well, their outcomes are reliable - they never get weirdos (if they do let me know, I haven't seen any sore thumbs)
4. AXO as a whole recruited well, really pretty PC, KD tried to recruit off connections but got the upper tier cuts too so there are some hot girls
5. DDD might've had the best PC this year. Won M.M. over as well as a bunch of Charlotte and Charleston girls
6. ADPi had cutest bid day theme in my opinion

Keep it up Kappa. You will continue to struggle. Your PC was objectively the 8th or 9th best. The girls you Used to get are now going Aphi DDD and KD because they see the GR presence. You will be the next charter killed. People see you. GR was the only thing keeping you top. Tell nationals and alumni to chill on GR. Maybe then you will be back in the top 5, rn you are definitely mid and slipping.
