Most of y’all don’t know how this stuff works so I’m gonna explain it simply. Fraternities usually have nationals help pay for whatever house is being bought so it doesn’t risk the on campus fraternity going under. All this talk about people running out of money is a hoax cuz otherwise pike wouldn’t have been able to buy the shack.
