Is phi delt overrated?

What do people think of there members and parties? Where do they tailgate in fall?

Nope. Back in the day phi delt, sig ep, sigma chi, and to a lesser extent lamda chi competed for guys from all over the east cost focusing on cities in sc, charlotte, atlanta, and dc/md with a big lean to sc cities. These were the big traditional, well connected/funded party orgs in the early 2ks. Phi delt is the only one left of the group and they’re still doing what they did just with less competition.

Phi delt has crazy new member initiation rituals. Their new members are instructed to eat things off the ground and then throw it up onto eachothe. This is just scratching the surface of this infamous clemson fraternity. They are known for hosting occasional ragers which i must say are pretty exciting for new partygoers. Their pride comes from esoteric hazing, their name and letters, and making sure they throw at least one or two hyped up events to keep themselves afloat.
Its really genius. These guys are calculated. They are no different than any other real fraternity. They have money, power and with consistent growth theyve easily established themselves as a top fraternity at clemson. Anyone who cant get into their parties hates PDT
