What do people think of there members and parties? Where do they tailgate in fall?

The first comment on almost every post on here is usually calling out a phi delt for self ranking. They’re definitely the most active fraternity on gr and all the sorority girls from jersey are the only thing keeping them relevant

PDT is full of a bunch of squidy try-hard guys from the NE. Only the guys in PDT consider PDT top. The majority of the girls they pull are ratchet and their parties are mid at best. They will continue to rank themselves as top but everyone knows they’re not.

Whatever they tell you, at a southern school like clemson phi delt which is full of only New Jersey, Massachusetts, and other super northern states, will never be the best. Whoever said this earlier is completely right they are only relevant because of the self tan fake blonde jersey girls who all decided to come to a southern school yet hang out with only northern guys, just go to Rutgers next time stupid jersey kids

i agree they are the top yankee house on campus with beta a very close second or the same but that’s not saying much at a southern state school. they do seem to attract the loud, rough around the edges, fake blond, eyelash, and tan kind of girls who are stereotypical jersey. not my thing but if they enjoy each other then why not?
