ATO/PDT/BTP - 3 groups with insane spots and parties. Always have top level events. Northern geeds are taking over unfortunately ☹️☹️☹️
Kind of top
SN/ASP/KS/AGR - I think these groups will stay relevant with either a great name and smaller places (SN/KS), or with amazing spots but less name (ASP/AGR).
Upper mid
PSK/KA/SAE/PKA - KA will probably not fall this far but if they dont find somewhere decent they will fall further than they already have. PSK/PKA/SAE will all have amazing spots but only SAE KA and PKA will have the big names to keep them relevant.
Mid
Fiji/DX/OX/ChiPhi - more good to amazing spots vut even less name recognition.
The rest are relevant and fun and worth rushing but bottom.

Its about the 6 better fraternities that have been established before you guys found a seneca garage to have a sweat fest in

hate on betas house all you want ,but at least hate on phi delts too. theyre essentially the same and they’re right next to each other. betas house might actually be a little bigger idk

A dump in Seneca doesn't qualify as a great party spot.
Also AGR isn't a big national name but it's got a huge legacy at Clemson and will always be relevant. You can say the same for KA, the worst they will ever be is the bottom of the top tier. They have too much money and too many Dads, Uncles and Grampa's talking about the good old days of KA not to keep all their legacy's filing in during rush.

A salty and jealous KA obviously. Beta has a sick house and KA just lost an average spot that was literally the only thing keeping them above even TKE level guys like Fiji ☹️
