Fraternity ranks fall 2022

This is such an old head perspective, seems like a beta alum got bored and went on greek rank cuz beta most definetly is not in that top row.

In terms of oldest biggest and established, Pike and Kappa Sig would both be top. Beta definitely isn’t on top either and Agr is one of the smallest.

It doesn't work that way here anymore. The original 8 frats (ATO, SN, KA, SAE, KS, Pike, PDT, Beta) all have been here over 60 years but because they've been kicked out to many times, got too lazy or too confident they've been to slow to secure solid housing and have let a bunch of frats that are barely 10 years old establish themselves as solid options (ASig, Phi Sig, Fiji) and challenge for the top spots.

Asig & Phi Sig are easily on the same level as Beta & KS now. Pike and SAE will eventually get back there but it's going to take years and some above them will need to get kicked out for it to happen.

Note: AGR is around 50 years as well but they are too niche and too small. DX is 30 years old but is always in trouble.
