KA/ASig house debacle

If the thing about asig getting the KA house is true (because I’m hearing different stories), why would asig want the KA house? Ik it’s a good location for like darties and stuff but asig is so much more of a night time like rap and edm type party and the skybox is much better for that, the KA house is only really good for darties and outside stuff because of how weird the lay out is inside
