Now all the great houses are filled with losers. It's bad enough that Chi Phi has the compound and Fiji has the white house but now this. Clemson greek life is doomed.

Are you saying ASig bought the KA House? or they made a deal to rent it?

They definitely have not bought it nor is there an an accepted offer on it - all required to be filed with the city and any financial institutions involved.

Maybe they are renting it for next year. ASig coming up with close to a million dollars to buy it or even getting a mortgage for that number is just not happening.

The land lord is the one who owns the property. KA never owned it outright and neither does Asig. The house is being rented by Asig though for around six or eight years
