ATO, KA, Phi Delt - Solid parties, good properties, strong pledge classes, pull the best girls - SAME
KS, SNu - Drop off this year, not great party spots, mediocre pledge classes, decent joints but they had to pay up to get them - FALLING
Beta - Good year, solidified themselves in the top tier, strong pledge classes, Good properties and got invited to better joints - RISING

AGR - same Country AF pledge class as always, strong pull with the top srats, the best house but didn't party with the top tier as much as usual - SAME
ASig, Phi Sig - Much better pledge classes, great properties, improved their pull and had some parties with the top tier - RISING
FIJI - Drop off this year, lost guys to all the MID tier frats especially to Pike, Mediocre parties. The pull they had is fading, Did they do anything at the White House other than tailgates? Feels like the shine has worn off. - FALLING
PIKE - Great pledges classes, Good parties, Ok Pull, Paid to get into top tier joints, Getting their house back but have annoyed everyone and earned their most HATED frat statues - RISING

Chi Phi - Great Properties, Big pledge class filled with questionable guys, Partying more but no girls show up, Lot of talk but this fall is a big put up or STFU for them - SAME
SAE - Huge leap for the first year back, Got a legendary house and maybe getting the lakehouse back (?), Good pledge classes, Ok pull but they've got to have better parties to move up - RISING
Delta Chi - No idea what's going on here, terrible pledge classes, Have a great party spot but they are only partying with Chi Phi, Their pull is gone, massive drop off - HUGE FALL
Theta Chi - Didn't do anything to help themselves, Ok house, Good pledge class but they don't have any pull at all, Need to put the effort to get better  - SAME
