Because people like you rank them badly on here and scare people away before they're even ready to be called a chapter.

Their not being able to get members has nothing to do with anyone saying anything here because no one said anything -- either positive or negative -- about them at all until recently. They came on last fall with no reputation whatsoever and could have taken 200 to 300 women to get up to total, and no one joined. Other sororities that came to campus didn't have that problem. Whatever advertising they did to entice new members did not work. So now they don't have to be ranked to be known as a chapter that has recruitment problem.
