well yeah because if you read every other post on this site you'd know they're also heavily disliked (kkg, ddd) even though considered "high tier". whether considered declining or easy or whatever
theta no one cares enough to vote down I'd guess, yet those who like them like them more than most sororities.
you'll notice the fraternities aren't the same either, because everyone has their own opinions/ratings on them individually but the tier posts are more what everyone thinks as a whole

Theta's really high, TriDelt and KKG are really low. That's opposite of literally every other post on this site.
