Thats true but it's not like those factors will greatly affect the size or quality of a pc.

If this was a decade or half a decade ago I'd be more inclined to believe you but times are changing at clemson and across most college in the USA. Freshman are not as eager to rush as they used to be and there are a lot more of good quality guys waiting to rush until spring now than there was 2 or even 3 years ago. Spring is starting to be more relevant but still obviously much less important than fall.
