upcoming/falling fraternities

Here is a list of the fraternities that are on the rise.
ATO- Already a pretty solid fraternity, just really need to work on getting a good house. rumors that they are supposedly getting a lake house which will help.
Phi Kappa Tau- I have a really close friend in phi tau. They just closed a deal to build their own cul de sac with three houses. they will have no neighbors besides them and it could be a huge asset for them.
Sigma Chi- Sigma chi is already pretty up there but they are still recovering from what happened the other year. still on the rise.
Phi Sigma Kappa- definitely falling after they got put on probation and that could really screw them over
Sigma Pi- same kind of thing as Phi Sig, on on strict probation which could really screw them over. they have been kind of going down anyways so this could be bad for them.

not sure how recent most of this is.
ato-I don't think are rising. if anything, dropped since last year.
phi tau - let's see how it plays out. too soon to tell. will be a while until you see real improvement
sigma chi - agree, still improving
phi sig - didn't even hear about that
sig pi - are they still on probation? thought they were either last year or year before.
Honestly, most of the lower/mid lowers have been improving I think, other than sig pi, chi psi, delta chi.

I agree with that. I guess ATO could be seen that way. I think the only lower mid frat that did anything to try and improve at this point is Phi Tau. when phi delt got their big house out in seneca that jumped them up, this new cul de sac could have that same effect. this is all very recent stuff from my original post.
